Having obtained his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 1998, Mr. Shekara Reddy swiftly transitioned into the professional realm, serving as a Plant Engineer at OCTL immediately after completing his educational pursuits. From 2009 to 2021, he assumed the role of Plant Head in diverse companies situated in the UAE.

Presently, he holds the position of Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive planning of Ferax Biotech, which includes the management of sales and operations.

Since its establishment in 2021, Mr. Mohamed Junaid has served as a whole time Director. Holding a degree in Business Management, he brings over 6+ years of extensive experience in Business Operations to the table.

His significant contributions to the Organization's growth are evident, particularly in areas such as procurement, exports, banking, finance, and general administration. His key responsibilities encompass stakeholder management and the effective implementation of Strategic Planning & Execution.

Mr. Mahender Reddy stands as one of the key promoters at Ferax Biotech, boasting an impressive 17-years track record in the Crop Protection industry. Following the completion of M.Sc in Microbiology, he dove into research initiatives encompassing the formulation, analysis, and evaluation of groundbreaking organic agricultural and livestock products rooted in microbial fermentation.

His professional journey includes collaboration with regulatory bodies such as NABL, GMP, ISO, OHSAS, and CONTROL UNION. With extensive expertise in the Transfer of Technologies & Know-How, as well as proficiency in up-scaling from the Pilot Plant stage to commercialization,he currently leads the charge in both production and R&D at Ferax Biotech.
